Low Season - May 1st through September 30th
High Season - October 1st through April 30th

Low Season Rates:
$95.00 per night / $650.00 per week / $2300.00 per month

High Season Rates:
$110.00 per night / $750.00 per week / $2600.00 per month

Deposits:
An initial deposit of $200.00 is due within the first week of booking your reservation (that will hold your space). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment is due if your reservation is made within the 60 day period prior to your arrival.

Additional Fees:
Hawaii State Tax of 11.42% and Cleaning Fee of $80.00

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be issued unless we can re-book our condo for the dates in question. No refunds will be given on shortened stays.

Occupancy:
A maximum of four persons is allowed for this unit. We do not charge extra for the 3rd or 4th person.

Check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.

No pets and no smoking are allowed in this unit or on the Lanai.
